Foggy Forest

Climate change.

Everyday factories are working, cars are being driven, plastic is being made and littered and oil is being burned into toxic fumes that are killing the earth and harming the environment in many ways such as melting the polar ice caps and burning down animals habitats in wildfires.

On this website you can retrieve information about how you can help and make a small change. If everyone works together by making a small change, collectively, we can make a significant change to our future generations.

Climate change is a long-term change in the average weather patterns that have come to define Earth's local, regional and global climates. These changes have a wide range of climatic effects.

Humans are increasingly influencing the climate and the earth's temperature by burning fossil fuels, cutting down forests and farming livestock. This adds enormous amounts of greenhouse gases to those naturally occurring in the atmosphere, increasing the greenhouse effect and global warming.

The changing environment is expected to cause more heat stress, an increase in waterborne diseases, poor air quality, and diseases transmitted by insects and rodents. Extreme weather events can compound many of these health threats. Human activity is the main cause of climate change. People burn fossil fuels and convert land from forests to agriculture.  Burning fossil fuels produces carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas. It is called a greenhouse gas because it produces a “greenhouse effect”.
